The patient portal is an online tool that offers patients a secure environment to: view clinical summaries of recent office visits, review cumulative health information summaries, and communicate with doctors in a confidential and secure manner. The portal is an additional tool for patients to better understand their treatment and is not designed to replace office visits or phone calls.

- Patients will receive emailed instructions for accessing the patient portal 1-3 days after their first visit with the doctors listed above.
- We must have a valid email address on file before you can access the portal -- please provide this during an office visit or by calling our office.
- Patients cannot make appointments from the patient portal -- please call one of our offices to schedule your next appointment.
- Eye Medical Center is not affiliated with Our Lady of the Lake Medical Centers and our patient portal is not part of MyChart.
