The patient portal is an online tool that offers current patients a secure environment to: review educational material, view clinical summaries from recent office visits, review cumulative health information summaries, and communicate with providers and staff in a confidential and secure manner. The portal is an additional tool to aid patients in better understanding their treatment and is not designed to replace office visits or phone calls.

- WE MUST HAVE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS ON FILE BEFORE YOU SIGN UP FOR THE PATIENT PORTAL. THIS CAN BE DONE DURING AN APPOINTMENT OR BY CALLING OUR OFFICE.
- IF THESE TWO CRITERIA ARE NOT MET BEFORE YOU SIGN UP, THE PORTAL WILL NOT WORK.
- MESSAGES SENT FROM A PORTAL ACCOUNT THAT HAS NOT BEEN PROPERLY SETUP WILL NOT BE DELIVERED OR SEEN BY OUR STAFF.
- DUE TO THE COMPLEX NATURE OF EYE CARE, WE DO NOT OFFER APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING OR CHANGES THROUGH THE PORTAL.
